Additive Manufacturing

Additive manufacturing is now on everyone's lips and a fixed component for many companies in the prototype phase as well as in series production. ANTEMO has been working on this topic since 2017 and has already successfully implemented many projects for its customers. In the course of these projects, designs were developed or existing designs were optimized in close coordination with the customers and transferred from the prototype phase to series production.

Our manufacturing processes include stereolithography (SLA) and fused deposition modeling (FDM). Here, we can offer our customers low-cost manufacturing options in the area of prototypes as well as series production using our Stratasys F900 system. Especially for start-ups the realization of their MVP is of enormous importance and we try to support here with our know-how and flexibility in the best possible way.

Due to our machine as well as our certification according to EN9100 it is possible for us to produce components for aviation as well as railway!
